  • Tickets are available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity). Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

  • Yes, unless we are at capacity. The best way to guarantee entry is to book online in advance. Keep in mind that we do not accept cash payments.

  • DIRECTIONS: Museum of Illusions is located within Atlantic Station at: 264 19th Street NW, Suite 2200, Atlanta, GA 30363.

     

    CAR PARKING:  The parking garage can be accessed via 17th Street and State Street. Atlantic Station’s underground parking garage is FREE for 2 hours. Please see Atlantic Stations website for parking rates. Atlantic Station | Atlanta, GA

    Park near the Lime Green Area #5 Stairwell or Elevator and go to the 2nd Floor for Musuem entrance.

     

    BUS PARKING is available and complimentary when you book a large group. Before arrival, call Safety and Security at 404-961-7876 to get assistance with your charter bus unloading and parking.

     

    ACCESSIBILITY Guests may use their own wheelchair or contact Atlantic Station concierge to borrow one (limited availability).

     

    A service animal must be under the control of the owner on a leash or in a harness. There are very limited seating options along the path of the Museum.

  • As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to make your reservation time, we are more than happy to reschedule you to a new date if the request is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.

  • Tickets can be rescheduled if the request is made no later than 24 hours prior to the event date. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed and is subject to a first come, first serve basis. For any questions or rescheduling, feel free to contact us at info@moiatlanta.com.

  • The experience should typically last between 45 and 90 minutes.

  • Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are a few rooms with slanted floors that are not as accessible but those can be bypassed on your visit.

  • No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

  • As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. Additionally, merchandise items cannot be exchanged.

  • Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
